By using Family Zone, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Company Information

Family Zone Limited is registered in England and Wales with company number 10811218. Registered office: 1st Floor 124 Cleveland Street, London, United Kingdom, W1T 6PG.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Parents or guardians may create child profiles under their supervision.

4. Account Registration

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Notify us of unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Family Zone offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions bill monthly or annually in advance, and price changes apply to future billing periods after notice.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it to provide the service.

  • Do not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not upload malware or deceptive content.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service unlawfully.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access.
  • Do not disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
  • Do not impersonate others or resell the service without permission.

8. AI Features

Family Zone includes AI features such as Zoe and meal planning. AI output may not always be accurate, and you should verify important decisions independently.

9. Intellectual Property

The service, excluding user content, belongs to Family Zone Limited and is protected by intellectual property law.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm other users or the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
