Delete your account

How to request deletion

Email us at privacy@familyzone.ai from the email address used for your Family Zone account. Please include your full name and write that you want your account deleted.

What happens next

• We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deleting it.
• We will delete personal data associated with your account within 30 days.
• Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention reasons.
• Shared family content may remain visible to other family members if they created it or still need access to their own data.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Family Zone account does not automatically cancel subscriptions managed by Apple, Google, or another payment provider. Please cancel any active subscription through the store or provider where you purchased it.
