Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are in GBP or USD as displayed at checkout. All prices include applicable VAT for UK customers.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by law or under our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the Service (calendar events, tasks, photos, documents, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content to provide the Service to you and your family members.

6.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or share content that:

Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Violates the privacy of others
Is fraudulent or deceptive

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Resell or redistribute the Service
Impersonate any person or entity

8. AI Features

Family Zone includes AI-powered features (Zoe assistant, meal planning, email intelligence). These features use third-party AI services (Azure OpenAI) to process your requests.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. You should verify important information independently. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Family Zone Limited and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Family Zone", the Family Zone logo, and "Zoe" are trademarks ofFamily Zone Limited. You may not use these without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAMILY ZONE LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family Zone Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
